Our team provides development, construction management expertise and capacity to Community Development Corporations (CDCs), Municipalities, and neighborhoods. We engage in partnerships through, but not limited, to memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and/or joint ventures, dictated by the individualized needs of the community. 

Based on these current community conditions, our team uses our experience in community and economic development to provide adaptable solutions for the community. Expectedly, there is a particular focus on rehabilitating existing, vacant, single-family homes, but LEVEL will also consider construction of new homes when the situation dictates. These properties will be sold to existing, qualified, low-moderate income residents currently renting in the community. Additionally, small scale commercial projects, community facilities, parks / green spaces, and other opportunities will be considered as part of the comprehensive community assessment and planning process, supported by leveraged private investment.
