About the HUB:
LEVEL’s Homeownership HUB is an extension of our existing work in the McKees Rocks community, beyond facilitating ten new homes and homeowners. Located in the former PNC Bank building, The HUB will activate this underutilized space in partnership with the Mckees Rocks CDC to act as a physical homebase for LEVEL’s outreach initiatives.
Access Resources A network of diverse partners collaborating to help residents achieve homeowner readiness through onsite and online tools including a dynamic digital hub with tools and information for future and current homeowners.
Meet Our Team LEVEL staff will hold regular hours every week to answer questions and engage with the community. (Coming Soon: 3-7, Tuesday & Thursday and Noon-4pm, Saturday)
Attend Events A variety of workshops and activities with local partners and stakeholders to bring visibility to efforts in the neighborhood.

Level’s First Homeowners in McKees Rocks
LEVEL works to make the dream of homeownership accessible and achievable for renters in McKees Rocks. Additionally, existing homeowners can level-up through a network of service providers and resources. In partnership with stakeholders and sponsors, we are making a community impact for generations to come through affordable, accessible homeownership.

Community members can stop by The HUB’s Open House to meet with a LEVEL team member to discuss the path to homeownership and obtain resources that can help them become home-ready. Also, they can “shop” donated home goods in the temporary Free Store. Sign-up for your 20 minute spot now
Homeownership Community Day
SATURDAY, May 3 | 3-5PM
IMAGINATION PLAYGROUND | SNACKS | MUSIC | INFO
Following Tree Pittsburgh’s seedling giveaway that morning, LEVEL is setting the scene for a neighborhood-wide celebration by activating and enjoying a public space on one of McKees Rocks’ main streets. Residents will get a keepsake from the day, with photo opps within an 8 foot balloon arch with gold mylar balloons highlighting “The Rocks.” Info booths from local partners will be onsite. The afternoon will include snacks and drinks, music, and more.
Imagination Playground, an innovative playground equipment system, will transform the lawn into a creative build space. Families and residents will be encouraged to design with a variety of loose parts including cubes, bricks, cogs, curves, and cylinders. With different holes and shapes that fit together in ways that allow the continuation of someone’s idea…a pair becomes a wall…a wall becomes a room. A room becomes a house!
